4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to selected countries organized by shipping zones. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery country and the number of items in your order. Estimated delivery times vary by region:

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving a reason. To exercise this right:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Return the product in its original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.
